Delete your DeliverSync account
DeliverSync provides a dedicated account deletion request process for users and workspace members. If you want your account deleted, please email us from your registered email address.
How to request deletion
Email support@deliversync.in with the subject line Delete my DeliverSync account.
Include your registered email address or phone number, workspace name if relevant, and any other detail that helps us verify the request.
What happens next
After we verify your request, we will delete your DeliverSync account and associated personal data within 30 days, unless we need to retain certain records for legal or tax reasons.
Data retention disclosure
- Personal account data such as your name, email address, phone number, and workspace access will be permanently deleted after verification.
- Delivery and operational records that are not required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations will also be removed within 30 days of approval.
- We may retain invoices, payment records, and other information required by law for accounting, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.
